BDI-Insurance (BDI), a Texas-based insurance and financial services agency, announced that they are extending their agreement with EasyLink, a global provider of comprehensive messaging services, ecommerce solutions, and online faxing services. This agreement has been extended for an additional multi-year term.

The on-demand Desktop Messaging solution serviced by EasyLink will provide BDI with a secure online fax solution so that BDI can send and receive critical fax communications, including insurance claims, confirmations, and benefits information all from the agent’s desktops. This helps agents to be faster at processing information and reduces the time spent using a traditional fax machine.

Equisys, a producer of software packages for document production and delivery, including Zetafax®, a network fax server, and Zetadocs®, a Document Management Solution, recently announced an agreement with Metaphorix Ltd. that provides Zetadocs to all new Metaphorix customers, as a part of a complete solution with Microsoft Dynamics, NAV.

Being able to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and GP, Zetadocs allows reports like invoices and purchase orders to be sent via email and can be sent individually or in batches still allowing personalization of the content, address details and attachments.

With this automated document delivery process, customers save money while increasing Metaphorix’s employee productivity. By including Zetadocs as standard in Metaphorix’s new system sales will increase the value proposition of NAV.
